Hello Picnic's Fans! Time for a poll... If the drive thru window becomes PICKUP ONLY after 5 pm, how likely are you to go elsewhere for your ice cream? Full disclosure - trying to figure out how to serve customers on the phone, in the drive thru, at the counter without over-staffing (which increases menu costs) is a huge challenge. I want to make everyone happy but am struggling with this one.
